INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 3 king oyster mushrooms
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
PASSI
Cut the king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Mix the seasoning ingredients (ginger, sake, mirin, soy sauce, miso) in a container.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the pork slices. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until they develop a golden brown color. Pour in the mixed seasoning and stir-fry until well combined. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
