INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
- 200g komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning for Pork
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
General Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSI
Cut off the roots of the komatsuna and chop into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic and remove its core.
In a bowl, mix the pork with sake and soy sauce, then coat with cornstarch.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add the komatsuna and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the general seasoning and stir-fry until well combined.
