INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🐖 180g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 bunch spinach
- 150g lotus root
Cooking Oil
- As needed salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1–2 tsp mustard paste
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
PASSI
Cut spinach into 3cm lengths. Slice lotus root thinly into half-moon shapes and rinse briefly in water. Drain thoroughly.
Prepare the seasoning mixture by combining Worcestershire sauce, mustard paste, and pepper.
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry spinach until slightly wilted. Add 2 tbsp of water, cover, and steam on high heat for about 30 seconds. Remove and drain.
Clean the pan and heat 1/2 tbsp of oil over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add lotus root and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add the seasoning mixture and stir-fry for another minute. Squeeze excess water from the spinach and add it to the pan. Mix everything together briefly.
