INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 3 green peppers (90g)
- 1/2 red paprika (75g)
Noodles
- 1 pack shirataki noodles (200g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
PASSI
Prepare the pork by seasoning it with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cut the green peppers and red paprika into thin slices.
Rinse and drain the shirataki noodles.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork until browned.
Add the green peppers, red paprika, and shirataki noodles to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Mix sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and white sesame seeds in a bowl and pour over the stir-fry.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce is well absorbed.
