INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers (90g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- A pinch of pepper
PASSI
Slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips.
Mix the sake, sugar, soy sauce, grated garlic, grated ginger, sesame seeds, and pepper in a bowl to create the seasoning sauce.
Heat a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork belly until lightly browned.
Add the sliced vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Pour the seasoning sauce over the pork and vegetables, and stir-fry until evenly coated and fragrant.
