INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥔 240g peeled potatoes, cut into sticks
- 100g chives, cut into 4cm pieces
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
PASSI
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1cm thick sticks. Soak in water and drain. Cut the chives into 4cm pieces.
Cut the pork belly into 4cm wide pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add potatoes and stir-fry until translucent.
Add sake, cover with a lid, and steam over low heat for about 2 minutes until potatoes soften. Remove the lid and stir-fry over medium heat to evaporate excess moisture.
Add sugar, soy sauce, and gochujang, and stir-fry until well combined. Add chives and stir-fry briefly.
