INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms
- 2 bell peppers
Meat
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Seasonings
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 🥚 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥢 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
PASSI
Cut off the stems of shiitake mushrooms and slice them into 1cm widths. Halve the bell peppers lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, then slice them thinly.
Mix the mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sake in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and grated garlic, cooking until the pork changes color.
Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then add bell peppers and the prepared sauce, stir-frying briefly. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
