INGREDIENTI
Seafood
- 🐟 20g shirasu (dried baby sardines)
Vegetables
- 4 bell peppers, julienned
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASSI
Julienne the bell peppers.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bell peppers and shirasu, stir-frying for 2–3 minutes.
Once the bell peppers soften, add the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
