INGREDIENTI
Seafood
- 🦐 6 shrimp (90g), peeled and deveined
- 150g squid, sliced into rings
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli (125g), cut into florets
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of black pepper
PASSI
Cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the stem into 5mm thick pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container with water and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Peel and devein the shrimp, removing the tail and vein. Wash and pat dry.
Mix all the ☆ seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and squid, and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until cooked.
Add the broccoli to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Pour in the ☆ seasoning mixture and stir-fry until evenly coated.
