INGREDIENTI
Seafood
- 🦑 250g squid
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 stalk celery with leaves
- 40g red bell pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
PASSI
Clean and slice the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the celery and red bell pepper into thin slices.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add celery, red bell pepper, and all seasonings to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes.
Serve hot and garnish with celery leaves if desired.
