INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥦 200g stick senor (broccoli stems)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
PASSI
Peel the bottom third of the stick senor stems with a peeler and cut into thirds.
In a bowl, mix beef with sake, salt, and pepper, then massage in cornstarch.
In another bowl, combine all sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger).
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add beef, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add stick senor and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until coated with oil.
Add the sauce mixture and stir-fry briefly to coat everything evenly.
