INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1 block firm tofu
- 🦐 120g peeled shrimp
- 🧅 1/3 stalk minced green onion
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onion for garnish
Chili Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp doubanjiang (chili bean paste)
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
PASSI
Mince the green onion and garlic. Wrap the tofu in a paper towel, microwave at 600W for 1 minute, and cut into 3 cm cubes.
If the shrimp have veins, remove them. Place the shrimp in a bowl, add 1 tbsp sake and cornstarch, and mix well.
Mix all the chili sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Sauté the minced green onion and garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until their color changes.
Add the tofu and chili sauce to the pan. Stir gently until the sauce thickens and everything is heated through. Sprinkle chopped green onion on top before serving.
