INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 1 handful beef slices
- 🍜 1 pack udon noodles
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 green onion, sliced
- 🧅 1/8 scallion, sliced
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, sliced
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- A pinch of pepper
PASSI
Slice the onion thinly.
Slice the green onion and scallion diagonally.
Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
Boil the udon noodles and rinse in ice water.
Blanch the bean sprouts briefly.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry green onion and garlic.
Add onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add beef slices and cook until browned.
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and pepper.
Add bean sprouts and udon noodles, stir-frying until combined.
Fry the egg until semi-cooked.
Top the stir-fried udon with the egg and green onion.
