- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Cut water spinach into 5cm pieces. Mince garlic after removing its core.
