INGREDIENTI
Seafood
- 🦑 1 whole squid
- 50cc sake
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 1/3 zucchini, diced
- 1/4 red bell pepper, diced
Egg
- 🥚 3 boiled eggs, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
PASSI
Mince the onion and soak in water, then pat dry with kitchen paper. Dice the zucchini and red bell pepper into 1cm cubes. Chop the boiled eggs finely.
Prepare the squid by carefully removing the innards and tentacles. Remove the cartilage, cut off the tentacles below the eyes, and clean thoroughly.
Heat sake in a frying pan until boiling, add the squid, cover, and cook over medium heat until the squid is fully cooked. Let cool and chop the tentacles.
Mix the chopped tentacles with the prepared vegetables, eggs, and seasonings in a bowl. Stuff the mixture into the squid, secure with toothpicks, and slice into 2-3cm pieces.
