INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🍖 100g ground beef
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (450g), peeled and sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 100cc water
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
PASSI
Peel and slice the potatoes, soak them in water, then drain. Microwave the potatoes with 1 tbsp water for 3 minutes at 600W, then drain.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add ground beef, and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color. Add the potatoes and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and water), mix, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add the potato starch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens. Continue cooking until the liquid reduces.
