INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1 block tofu
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/4 green bell pepper
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 🧅 1 stalk scallion
- Adequate vegetable oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp chili oil
PASSI
Cut tofu into 1cm thick cubes and season with salt.
Pat dry the tofu with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
Dice green pepper, red pepper, and scallion into 0.5cm pieces.
Heat oil to 170°C and fry tofu until golden and crispy.
Heat chili oil in a pan and sauté scallion until fragrant.
Add soy sauce, sugar, water, and vinegar to the pan and bring to a boil.
Add fried tofu to the sauce and mix well.
Add diced green and red peppers, toss lightly, and serve.
