INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🥩 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1 piece (220g) konjac
- 3 slices ginger
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 💧 100cc water
Spices
- Pinch of shichimi togarashi
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
PASSI
Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces using a spoon.
Boil water in a pot, add the konjac, and cook for 3 minutes. Drain the water.
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat, add the pork belly, and cook until the color changes. Add the konjac and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add water, ginger, and the seasoning ingredients (☆). Mix well and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Remove the lid and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the liquid reduces to half.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with shichimi togarashi.
