INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 10 pieces leftover boneless chicken
- 🧅 1/4 small onion, chopped
- 1/6 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green chili pepper, sliced
- A small amount of cooking oil
Sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 🍶 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🍯 A small amount of honey
PASSI
Chop the onion and bell pepper into small pieces. Slice the green chili pepper thinly.
Mix the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, vinegar, sugar, and honey) in a small bowl.
Reheat the leftover chicken pieces in a frying pan until warm.
In a pan, heat a small amount of cooking oil. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and chili pepper. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and let it simmer until slightly reduced.
Add the reheated chicken to the pan. Stir and cook until the sauce is well absorbed by the chicken.
Once the sauce is fully absorbed, transfer the chicken to a serving plate. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
