INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🥕 200g carrot rape
- 🥚 1 roll egg roll
- 🍚 1 bowl seasoned rice
- 3 sheets tofu skin
- 1 sheet gimbap seaweed
Egg Roll
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp hontsuyu
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
Seasoned Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl white rice
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 0.5 tsp salt
PASSI
Mix 2 eggs, 1 tbsp hontsuyu, and 1 tsp sugar. Cook into an egg roll over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Slice 3 sheets of tofu skin into long strips and stir-fry to remove excess moisture for 2 minutes.
Prepare seasoned rice by mixing 0.5 tbsp sesame oil and 0.5 tsp salt into 1 bowl of white rice.
Spread the seasoned rice thinly over the gimbap seaweed sheet.
Place the egg roll, tofu skin, and carrot rape generously on top of the rice.
Roll the gimbap tightly and seal the edge underneath. Brush with sesame oil for added aroma.
Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve on a plate.
