INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🥔 2 potatoes, peeled and julienned
- 🥓 2 strips of bacon, diced
- 🧀 3 tbsp shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp flour
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 🧀 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
PASSI
Peel and julienne the potatoes using a slicer or knife.
Soak the julienned potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch, then drain and pat dry.
Mix the potatoes with flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Dice the bacon and cook it in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Drain excess oil using a paper towel.
Heat oil in a pan over low heat and add the potato mixture, shaping it into a donut-like ring.
Crack an egg into the center of the potato ring, cover the pan, and cook over low heat until the egg reaches your desired doneness.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes on top before serving.
