INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🐟 2 slices swordfish
- 2 bell peppers (60g)
- 1/2 red paprika
- 🧅 1/4 onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil (for fish)
- 2 tsp sesame oil (for vegetables)
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
PASSI
Cut the bell peppers and red paprika into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion into wedges.
Cut the swordfish into bite-sized pieces. Season with sake, salt, and pepper, then coat both sides with cornstarch.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the sweet and sour sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the swordfish until lightly browned on both sides, then remove from the pan.
Add sesame oil to the same pan and stir-fry the onion, red paprika, and bell peppers until coated with oil.
Return the swordfish to the pan and mix with the vegetables. Add the prepared sauce and stir until thickened.
