- 2 thinly sliced myoga
- 2 slices of ginger
- 4 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 50ml water

Slice the myoga thinly, mince the ginger, and cut the shiso leaves into thin strips.

In a small frying pan, combine sake, mirin, soy sauce, and water. Bring to a boil, then add swordfish, myoga, and ginger. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
