INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🐟 2 slices swordfish
- 🥬 200g grated daikon
- 🌱 4 green beans
- 2 tsp flour
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 50ml water
PASSI
Cut the swordfish into 4 pieces. Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake and soy sauce) in a tray, add the swordfish, and marinate for 10 minutes, flipping occasionally. Pat dry and coat with flour.
Grate the daikon and prepare the green beans by removing the strings and cutting them into 4 pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the swordfish and cook until browned on both sides. Remove from the pan.
Wipe the pan clean, add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, water) and grated daikon, and bring to a boil. Add the swordfish and green beans, simmer for 3 minutes while coating them with the sauce.
