INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🐖 80g sliced pork
Seafood
- 🦐 100g frozen seafood mix
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g chopped cabbage
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, thinly sliced
- 🧅 3 stalks green onion, sliced
Egg
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
Noodles
- 50g mung bean vermicelli
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- sufficient salad oil
Soup Base
- 💧 500cc water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- pinch of pepper
PASSI
Cut the cabbage into 2cm squares, slice the carrot thinly, and chop the green onions into 3cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C and fry the boiled egg until lightly golden for 2–3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes. Add seafood mix and stir until coated with oil. Add cabbage and carrot, stir-fry for 2 minutes until the carrot softens.
Add the soup base ingredients (water, salt, chicken stock powder, pepper) and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add mung bean vermicelli and cook for another 2–3 minutes. Stir in green onions.
Serve in bowls and top with the halved fried egg.
