- 150cc olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sliced red chili
PASSI
Cut the bamboo shoot into sections: slice the tip into wedges and the base into thin slices. Crush the garlic clove and remove its core.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add the octopus and bamboo shoot, then simmer over medium heat.
