INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🐖 70g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 100g kimchi
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, a pinch
Staples
- 1 udon noodle pack
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, a pinch
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp ground sesame
Liquid
- 💧 300ml water
Toppings
- 🥚 1 onsen egg
PASSI
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add pork, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until cooked. Remove from the pan.
Add sesame oil to the pan and stir-fry the kimchi.
Add water, mirin, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, gochujang, and ground sesame to the pan. Bring to a boil.
Add udon noodles and cook according to package instructions.
Serve the noodles in a bowl, topped with green onion, pork, and onsen egg.
