Vegetables
- 150g nagaimo (Japanese yam)
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 3g shredded nori
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
PASSI
Prepare the marinade by mixing mirin and soy sauce in a bowl.
