INGREDIENTI

- 🍗 1 piece (200g) chicken breast
- 4 shishito peppers
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp white miso
- 2 tsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
PASSI
Cut off the stems of the shishito peppers and make a small slit in the center with a knife.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (white miso, sake, mirin, sugar) in a tray. Coat the chicken breast evenly with the mixture, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the shishito peppers and sauté briefly. Then add the chicken breast and cook until browned. Flip the chicken, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until fully cooked.
