INGREDIENTI

- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- As needed cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- As needed mayonnaise
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
PASSI
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and coat evenly with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and place the chicken skin-side down to cook.
Flip the chicken, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 2 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) to the pan, increase the heat to medium, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Serve on a plate and optionally drizzle with mayonnaise.
