- 🍗 200g chicken tenderloin, sliced
- 4 bell peppers, chopped
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
Coating
- Cornstarch, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Slice chicken tenderloin into bite-sized pieces using a diagonal cutting technique and coat with cornstarch.
Cut bell peppers into bite-sized pieces after removing stems and seeds.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add chicken and cook until browned on one side, then flip.
Add bell peppers and stir-fry until softened. Add cherry tomatoes and seasonings, then stir until well combined.
