INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 8 slices pork loin (160g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 3 cabbage leaves
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Staples
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSI
Slice cabbage into thin strips, add a pinch of salt, massage, and let sit for 5 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
Season pork slices with salt and pepper. Place equal portions of cabbage on each slice, roll tightly, and coat with flour. Repeat for all 8 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Place rolls seam-side down, cook until browned, then rotate to cook evenly. Add sauce ingredients and simmer until thickened.
