INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 30g glass noodles
- 🦐 6 shrimp (90g), headless
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g), sliced
- 🧅 1/4 red onion (50g), thinly sliced
- 20g cilantro, chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
PASSI
Slice the cucumber diagonally into 3mm pieces. Thinly slice the red onion and soak in water, then drain. Chop the cilantro into 2cm pieces.
Peel the shrimp, remove the vein, and rinse under water.
Boil water in a pot and cook the glass noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In the same pot, boil water again and cook the shrimp for about 2 minutes until fully cooked. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the fish sauce, lemon juice, and sweet chili sauce. Add the glass noodles, shrimp, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro, then toss to combine.
