INGREDIENTI
Fish
- 🐟 140g horse mackerel fillets
Vegetables
- 🍅 10 cherry tomatoes
- 🧅 50g onion, chopped
- 1 bag baby leaf greens
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/6 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍞 8 tbsp breadcrumbs
Salsa Sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSI
Preheat the toaster oven to 200°C (392°F).
Season the horse mackerel fillets with salt and pepper.
Spread mayonnaise evenly over the fillets and coat them with breadcrumbs.
Place the fillets on a baking tray and bake in the toaster oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare the salsa sauce by mixing chopped cherry tomatoes, onion, lemon juice, Tabasco, grated garlic, salt, and pepper.
Serve the baked horse mackerel fillets with the salsa sauce and baby leaf greens.
