INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 150g lean ground pork
Dairy / Tofu
- 🧈 100g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 80g boiled bamboo shoot
- 🧅 5cm green onion
- 100g rapeseed flower
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 💧 100cc water
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp potato starch
PASSI
Drain the tofu and crumble it into a bowl. Add ground pork, chopped bamboo shoots, minced green onion, salt, pepper, and potato starch. Mix well to form a dough.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and pan-fry the meatballs until golden brown on all sides.
Prepare the sauce by mixing water, sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger, oyster sauce, and potato starch in a bowl.
Pour the sauce into the pan with the meatballs and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the meatballs.
Blanch the rapeseed flowers in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain and serve alongside the meatballs.
