INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 150g firm tofu
- 1 pack natto with sauce
- 🥚 1 egg
- 250g grated yam
- 1 tbsp dried shrimp
- 1 tbsp white dashi
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
- 1 tsp salad oil
Garnish
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASSI
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, place a weight on it, and drain for about 20 minutes. Cut into 1cm cubes.
Grate the yam.
In a bowl, mix grated yam, egg, natto, included sauce, and white dashi. Add tofu and dried shrimp, then mix well.
Lightly coat a skillet with salad oil, pour the mixture in, and top with pizza cheese. Bake in a toaster for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
Sprinkle chopped green onion and serve with soy sauce as desired.
