- 🥢 200g tofu, sliced thinly
- 🍖 150g canned ham, sliced thinly
- 🌾 1/4 cup flour or pancake mix
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 🌿 1 tsp parsley powder
- 2 tbsp cooking oil

Slice tofu thinly and set aside.
Slice canned ham thinly and prepare.
Coat ham slices with flour or pancake mix.
Stack tofu, ham, and tofu in layers.
Beat eggs, remove chalaza, and mix with parsley powder.
Coat the tofu-ham stack with flour.
Dip the coated stack into the egg mixture.
Heat a pan, add cooking oil, and pan-fry the stack until golden brown.
Serve the Tofu Ham Sandwich warm.
