INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Tofu
- 100g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 10cm green onion, minced
- 100g shimeji mushrooms
- 300g grated daikon
- 2 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 3 tbsp ponzu sauce
PASSI
Mince the green onion. Grate the daikon and lightly squeeze out excess water. Trim the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces.
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, place it on a microwave-safe plate, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds to remove excess water. Let it cool.
In a bowl, mix ground pork, tofu, green onion, salt, pepper, and potato starch until sticky (meat mixture). Divide into two portions and shape into oval patties, pressing out air. Place them in a microwave-safe container and make a small indentation in the center.
Place the shimeji mushrooms around the patties, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6–7 minutes. Leave covered for 1 minute to finish cooking with residual heat.
Plate the patties and mushrooms. Top the patties with shiso leaves and grated daikon, then drizzle with ponzu sauce.
