INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 2/3 block tofu
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 2–3 cabbage leaves, sliced
- 4 tbsp potato starch
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
PASSI
Slice the cabbage leaves and onion thinly and set aside.
In a bowl, crack the eggs and add the tofu. Mix until smooth.
Add 4 tbsp of potato starch to the mixture and stir well.
Add the sliced cabbage, onion, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Optionally, add seafood for extra flavor.
Heat a pan with enough oil, pour the batter in, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat.
Flip the pancake onto a plate and cook the other side. If too thick, divide into two portions or reduce the batter.
