INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🥡 300g tofu
- 🥕 30g carrot
- 🥦 30g broccoli
- 60g breadcrumbs
- 🧅 140g onion
- 🍄 2 button mushrooms
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 5 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sugar
PASSI
Press tofu with a kitchen towel to remove excess water.
Mash the tofu with a knife and press again to remove more water.
Finely chop the onion, carrot, and blanched broccoli.
Combine tofu, chopped vegetables, breadcrumbs, and seasonings in a bowl.
Shape the mixture into three thick patties.
Slice mushrooms and additional onion for the sauce.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, water, and sugar.
Sauté mushrooms and onions, then add the sauce and simmer until slightly thickened.
Pan-fry tofu patties until golden brown on all sides.
Plate the sautéed mushrooms and onions, place tofu patties on top, and drizzle with sauce.
