- 10g shirasu (whitebait)
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
- 1/2 tbsp dried wakame
- 1 piece ginger
Seasonings
- 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
PASSI
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water and drain. Cut the tomato in half vertically, remove the stem, and slice into 8 wedges. Julienne the ginger and soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (vinegar, sugar, salt). Add the tomato, ginger, wakame, and shirasu, then toss to combine.
