INGREDIENTI
Noodles
- 300g buckwheat noodles
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 5 lettuce leaves
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 cabbage
Condiments
- Seasoned seaweed, as needed
Sauce
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 5 tbsp water
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- A small amount of mustard
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSI
Thinly slice cabbage, cucumber, onion, and seasoned seaweed.
Cut lettuce into 2–3 cm thick strips.
In a bowl, mix chili powder, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, water, garlic, gochujang, mustard, and sesame seeds.
Boil water in a pot and cook buckwheat noodles for 4 minutes.
Rinse the noodles in cold water.
Rub the noodles gently to remove starch, rinse again, and drain well.
On a large plate, layer cabbage, onion, and lettuce.
Place the noodles on top of the vegetables.
Pour the sauce over the noodles.
Top with cucumber and seasoned seaweed.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Mix everything together before serving.
