Main Ingredients
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade tuna
- 🧀 1 piece (100g) mozzarella cheese
- 50g mizuna greens
Dressing
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
PASSI
Cut the mizuna greens into 2cm pieces and trim the roots. Dice the mozzarella cheese into 2cm cubes.
Dice the tuna into 2cm cubes.
Mix mirin and soy sauce in a bowl, then microwave uncovered at 600W for 30 seconds. Let it cool slightly and add olive oil to create the dressing.
Arrange the mizuna greens, mozzarella cheese, and tuna on a plate. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
