INGREDIENTI
Bread
- 🍞 2 slices of sandwich bread
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetable
- 🥬 3–4 cabbage leaves
Seafood
- 🐟 1 can of tuna (70g)
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 1 slice of cheese
- 🥛 140 ml milk
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
- A dash of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
Butter
- 🧈 5g salted butter
PASSI
Crack eggs into a bowl and mix well. Add milk and salt, then mix thoroughly.
Transfer the egg mixture to a tray and soak the bread slices for about 5 minutes until fully absorbed.
Shred cabbage and microwave in a heatproof container for 2 minutes at 600W. Let cool, then squeeze out excess moisture. Mix with tuna, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and mustard.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Place one soaked bread slice, top with the cabbage mixture, cheese slice, and another bread slice. Cook until golden on one side, flip, cover, and steam on low heat for 3 minutes.
