INGREDIENTI
Fish
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade tuna
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 75g diced yellow bell pepper
- 25g trimmed radish sprouts
Dressing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSI
Thinly slice the tuna. Slice the onion thinly and soak in water for 10 minutes, then pat dry. Dice the yellow bell pepper and trim the radish sprouts.
