INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 cans of tuna
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 🧅 1 stalk of green onion
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
Seasoning
- A small amount of pepper
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
PASSI
Mash the tuna using a sanitary plastic bag or your hands.
Chop onion, carrot, and green onion finely. You can use any leftover vegetables from your fridge.
Sauté the chopped onion lightly in a dry pan over medium heat to reduce moisture.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Adjust consistency with breadcrumbs or starch if the mixture is too wet.
Shape the mixture into thick, round patties.
Coat the patties in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Store the patties in the freezer for later use. Cook them by pan-frying or deep-frying as needed.
Pan-fry the patties until golden brown on both sides to reduce oil absorption compared to deep-frying.
Serve with your preferred sauce.
