INGREDIENTI
Noodles
- 2 packs frozen udon noodles
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Seafood
- 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 1/3 pack kaiware sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 500 ml water
Thickener
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp water
PASSI
Trim the roots of kaiware sprouts and cut them in half.
Place the frozen udon noodles in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat according to package instructions (600W).
In a pot, combine the seasoning ingredients (☆) and tuna, then heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the potato starch slurry and stir until thickened. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook until set.
Serve the udon noodles in bowls, pour the sauce over them, and top with kaiware sprouts.
