INGREDIENTI
Seasoning
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧂 1 tsp black pepper
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Main Ingredients
- Adequate olive oil
- 🍚 1.5 servings cooked rice
- 🐟 135g canned tuna
- 1 pack onigiri topping
PASSI
Drain the oil from the canned tuna using a sieve.
Mix the drained tuna with cooked rice, salt, pepper, sesame seeds, and onigiri topping in a bowl.
Shape the mixture into triangular onigiri using a mold or your hands.
Heat olive oil in a pan and pan-fry the onigiri until golden brown on all sides.
Serve the onigiri as is or wrap them in seaweed sheets for a classic look.
