INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 200g canned tuna
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
- 2-3 green chilies, diced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 2 tbsp gochujang (red chili paste)
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 1 swirl sesame oil
PASSI
Dice the green onion, onion, and green chilies.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna completely.
Heat the drained tuna oil in a pot and sauté the diced green onion until fragrant.
Add the diced onion and stir-fry until softened.
Mix in the seasonings: doenjang, gochujang, red chili powder, minced garlic, and sugar.
Add 1/2 cup water and stir well to combine.
Add the drained tuna and diced green chilies, stirring continuously to prevent sticking.
Once the mixture starts to simmer gently, turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil.
