INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- Adequate amount of rice paper
- 🧀 4 slices of cheese
Tteokbokki Sauce Ingredients
- 💧 3 cups of water
- 2 tbsp of gochujang
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of fine chili powder
- 🍬 2 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic
- 2 sheets of fish cake
- 🧅 1 stalk of green onion
PASSI
Prepare warm water for soaking the rice paper.
For regular tteokbokki, soak 4 sheets of rice paper, stack them, and roll them tightly to form tteokbokki sticks.
For cheese tteokbokki, soak 2 sheets of rice paper, place cheese slices on top, and roll them tightly to form cheese-filled sticks.
In a pan, combine all sauce ingredients except fish cake and green onion. Bring to a boil.
Add the prepared rice paper tteok, cheese tteok, and fish cake to the pan. Simmer until the sauce is absorbed.
Add sliced green onion and stir briefly before serving.
